After nearly 30 years in the furniture restoration and insurance claims industry, Justin Lutz launched JL Restoration Group, LLC with a clear purpose: to provide specialized support for furniture, cabinet, and contents claims resulting from fire and water damage.

Throughout his career, Justin has worked closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, restoration contractors, and policyholders, helping evaluate damage, prepare estimates, and develop practical restoration solutions. As the industry has evolved, he recognized the growing need for a company dedicated to delivering accurate assessments, detailed documentation, and responsive communication throughout the claims process.

Excited to continue serving the industry in this new role, Justin founded JL Restoration Group to provide on site and virtual inspections, estimating, claim support, and restoration services with the fast response times and attention to detail that insurance professionals depend on.

Today, JL Restoration Group serves Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia, helping move claims toward resolution through accurate reporting, practical recommendations, and trusted industry experience.
